The Show & Mountain Race now have their own site at:

The 'Moel Fammau Mountain Race' is over a distance of approximately 4 miles, and the winner takes about half an hour to complete it. There are various prizes including outright winner, local winner, ladies winner, etc.

There is also a Junior Road Race of about 1.5 miles for 11 to 15 year olds.
